Q: WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

We ship worldwide using UPS. If you are traveling, we can ship directly to your temporary location.
For local clients, orders can be picked up or delivered via courier within the surrounding region.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination address, delivery method, and order quantity.

Q: WHAT FILES FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following file types:

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe InDesign
  • JPG (high resolution)
  • High-resolution, print-ready PDF

Technical requirements:

  • Ink colors must be SPOT colors
  • Artwork must be ready for separation if multicolor
  • Raster files must be 300 DPI

Files can be sent via email, flash drive, Dropbox, or other file-sharing platforms. Our team is happy to review your artwork before production.

Q: HOW SHOULD I SEND MY FILES?

You may:

  • Upload artwork directly through our online order page
  • Email the files
  • Use WeTransfer or Dropbox for large files
Q: HOW SHOULD I SIZE MY ARTWORK?

The best method is to print your design and place it on a shirt to see the exact size.

Important notes:

  • We do not resize artwork unless requested
  • Artwork that fits adult shirts may be too large for women’s or youth garments

Standard sizes:

  • Standard pallet: 12” wide x 15” tall
  • Oversize pallet: up to 16” wide x 18” tall
  • Typical standard tee artwork is 10–11 inches wide
Q: WILL MY ARTWORK REQUIRE A WHITE UNDERBASE?

Bright ink colors (yellow, orange, red, etc.) printed on dark garments may require a white underbase, which adds an extra color.

Send us your artwork and garment color, and we will advise the best printing solution.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days, depending on order size.
Smaller orders may be completed sooner.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.

Q: DO YOU FFEER RUSH ORDERS?

Yes. Rush orders are available depending on schedule availability.

Rush fees vary based on turnaround time and order size.

Q: CAN I MIX SHIRTS SIZES AND COLORS IN ONE ORDER?

Yes, you may mix sizes, colors, and styles.

Please note:

  • Sizes 2XL and above incur an additional charge
  • Ink color changes between garment colors incur a color change fee per color
  • Mixed orders may experience slight delays due to stock availability
Q: WHAT TYPE OF GARMENTS DO YOU PRINT ON?

We can print on most printable garments.

If you’re unsure which fabric or brand to choose, our team can recommend options based on your needs.

Q: ARE SHIPPING COST INCLUDED IN THE PRICING?

Shipping is not included in product pricing.

We provide a shipping quote once we receive your delivery address and whether it is residential or commercial.

Standard shipping is UPS Ground, with Next Day and 2nd Day Air options available.

Q: IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

The minimum order is 12 pieces per design.

We recommend 24 pieces or more, as the cost per shirt is significantly lower after setup.

Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO RBY ACCEPT?

We accept:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Money order
  • Major credit cards

All payments can be processed online through our workflow system.

Q: WHAT INK COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?

We primarily use Triangle Inks and keep standard colors in stock.

Custom Pantone color matching is available with a mixing fee per Pantone color.

Q: DO YOU SAVE ARTWORK AND SCREENS?

We store all artwork for easy reorders.
Screens are not kept, as they are reclaimed for future jobs.
Screen charges cover screen creation, film output, color separations, and setup.

Q: DO YOU PRINT OVER ZIPPERS AND SEAMS?

Yes, we can print over seams and zippers.
Due to uneven surfaces, minor inconsistencies may occur.
Additional charges may apply depending on the artwork.

Q: DO YOU OFFER JUMBO OR OVERSIZED PRINTING?

Yes, we offer oversize printing up to 16” x 18” for an additional fee per location.
We also offer all-over printing.

Q: DOES RBY OFFER FOLDING AND BAGGING AND TAGGING SERVICES?

Yes. We provide finishing services such as:

  • Individual bagging
  • Tag removal and custom tag printing
  • Hang tag application
  • Size label application
